Inhibition of Tumor Lipogenesis and Growth by Peptide‐Based Targeting of SREBP Activation

A peptide that replicates the amino acid sequence in Insig1/2 loop 1 inhibits the IGF1‐induced interaction between PCK1 and Insig1/2, PCK1‐mediated phosphorylation of Insig1/2, and SREBP activity‐dependent lipid synthesis. Administration of the LNP‐Insig1/2 loop 1 peptide effectively attenuates tumor growth and sensitizes tumors to the antitumor effect

Interpretable PROTAC Degradation Prediction With Structure‐Informed Deep Ternary Attention Framework

PROTAC‐STAN, a structure‐informed deep learning framework is presented for interpretable PROTAC degradation prediction. By modeling molecular hierarchies and protein structures, and simulating ternary interactions via a novel attention network, PROTAC‐STAN achieves significant performance gains over baselines.

SP3 and DEP1 Orchestrate Panicle Architecture by Jointly Regulating APO2 Expression in Rice

The transcription factor SP3 enhances inflorescence meristem activity and interacts with the cysteine‐rich domain of DEP1. This interaction alters DEP1's subcellular localization between the plasma membrane and nucleus, and suppresses SP3‐mediated transcriptional activation of APO2.
