A complete and minimal catalogue of MSSM gauge invariant monomials

open access: yes, 2010
We present a complete and minimal catalogue of MSSM gauge invariant monomials. That is, the catalogue of Gherghetta, Kolda and Martin is elaborated to include generational structure for all monomials. Any gauge invariant operator can be built as a linear

Molecular imaging predicts trastuzumab‐deruxtecan (T‐DXd) response in head and neck cancer xenograft models

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Trastuzumab‐deruxtecan, a HER2‐targeting antibody‐drug conjugate, shows promising antitumor activity in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma with low HER2 expression. In vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated dose‐dependent cell death and tumor growth reduction in low HER2‐expressing cell lines, which correlated with drug accumulation measured using a

An All-Sky Portable (ASP) Optical Catalogue [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
This optical catalogue combines the all-sky USNO-B1.0/A1.0 and most-sky APM catalogues, plus overlays of SDSS optical data, into a single all-sky map presented in a sparse binary format which is easily downloaded at 9Gb zipped. Total count is 1,163,237,190 sources and each has J2000 astrometry, red & blue magnitudes with PSFs and variability indicator,

Three editions of the Star Catalogue of Tycho Brahe

open access: yes, 2010
Tycho Brahe completed his catalogue with the positions and magnitudes of 1004 fixed stars in 1598. This catalogue circulated in manuscript form. Brahe edited a shorter version with 777 stars, printed in 1602, and Kepler edited the full catalogue of 1004 ...

Catalogue of candidate emission-line objects in the Small Magellanic Cloud [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
H\alpha and [O III] narrow band, wide field (7 * 7 degree), CCD images of the Small Magellanic Cloud were compared and a catalogue of candidate planetary nebulae and H\alpha emission-line stars was compiled.

BMP antagonist CHRDL2 enhances the cancer stem‐cell phenotype and increases chemotherapy resistance in colorectal cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Overexpression of CHRDL2 in colon cancer cells makes them more stem‐like and resistant to chemo‐ and radiotherapy. CHRDL2‐high cells have upregulation of the WNT pathway, genes involved in the DNA damage response (DDR) pathway and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT). This leads to quicker repair of damaged DNA and more cell migration.
