Immunity to canine adenovirus respiratory disease: a comparison of attenuated CAV-1 and CAV-2 vaccines

Four litters of puppies were divided into three groups. One group was vaccinated with a live CAV-1 vaccine and another with a live CAV-2 vaccine. Throat swabs were collected from two dogs in each of these groups to monitor the possible excretion of vaccine virus, but none was found.

Tyrosine Phosphorylation of Caveolin-2 at Residue 27:  Differences in the Spatial and Temporal Behavior of Phospho-Cav-2 (pY19 and pY27)

Caveolin-2 is an accessory molecule and the binding partner of caveolin-1. Previously, we showed that c-Src expression leads to the tyrosine phosphorylation of Cav-2 at position 19. To further investigate the tyrosine phosphorylation of Cav-2, we have now generated a novel phospho-specific antibody directed against phospho-Cav-2 (pY27).
