Complete chloroplast genomes of the Chlamydomonas reinhardtii nonphotosynthetic mutants CC-1375, CC-373, CC-4199, CC-2359 and CC-1051 [PDF]

open access: yesMitochondrial DNA. Part B. Resources, 2017
The chloroplast genomes (cpDNA) of five Chlamydomonas reinhardtii nonphotosynthetic mutants were sequenced. The architecture, gene content, and synteny of the cpDNAs from the five mutants are identical to the C. reinhardtii ‘wild-type’ plastome.

Silencing circular RNA-friend leukemia virus integration 1 restrained malignancy of CC cells and oxaliplatin resistance by disturbing dyskeratosis congenita 1

open access: yesOpen Life Sciences, 2022
Circular-RNA friend leukemia virus integration 1 (circ-FLI1; hsa_circ_0000370) is a noninvasive biomarker for the diagnosis of colon carcinoma (CC). Herein, we intended to investigate its functions and competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) mechanisms in CC ...

CCS for Trees

open access: yesCoRR, 2013
CCS can be considered as a most natural extension of finite state automata in which interaction is made possible thanks to parallel composition. We propose here a similar extension for top-down tree automata. We introduce a parallel composition which is parameterized by a graph at the vertices of which subprocesses are located. Communication is allowed
