Recherches sur le comportement electrochimique des systèmes fondus Cd/Cd Cl2 + Cd/Cd et Cd/Cd Cl2 + KCl + Cd/Cd

Electrochimica Acta, 1963

Microstructural properties of epitaxial CdS, (Cd,Zn)S and CdS ‖ (Cd,Zn)S superlattices

Journal of Crystal Growth, 1992
Abstract Epitaxial CdS, (Cd,Zn)S and CdS ‖ (Cd,Zn)S superlattices have been grown by low pressure MOVPE on (001) and ( 111 )B GaAs substrates. TEM observations have shown that all the epilayers contained irregular arrays of thin planar defects, and higher densities were associated with layers containing higher proportions of Cd and this was ...

[Chronic lymphocytic leukemia with peripheral T lymphocytes expressing CD 2+, CD 3+, CD 4-, CD 8-, CD 16+, and CD 56+ and lymph-node lymphocytes expressing CD 2+, CD 3-, CD 4-, CD 8-, CD 16+, CD 38+, and CD 56+].

Rinsho byori. The Japanese journal of clinical pathology, 1991
A 33-year-old man was hospitalized because of thrombocytopenia and severe splenomegaly. On admission 78% of peripheral lymphoid cells were abnormally large, with pale cytoplasm. Flow cytometry of the abnormal lymphocytes showed that they expressed CD 2, CD 3, CD 11, CD 16, and CD 56, but not CD 4 nor CD 8, so they were T-cell large granular lymphocytes
