CD14- mononuclear stromal cells support (CD14+) monocyte-osteoclast differentiation in aneurysmal bone cyst.

open access: yes, 2012
Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a benign osteolytic bone lesion in which there are blood-filled spaces separated by fibrous septa containing giant cells.

The research on the construction of gastric cancer cells with CD14 silencing and it's invasion ability

open access: yesZhongguo aizheng zazhi, 2013
Background and purpose: Cluster of differentiation antigen 14(CD14), a high-affinity receptor for the lipopolysaccharide (LPS), could identify the gram-negative bacteria, fungi and mycobacterium tuberculosis, and mediate the inflammatory response of ...

Single‐Cell Profiling Reveals Clonally Expanded CX3CR1+ T Cells in Anti‐NMDA Receptor Encephalitis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CX3CR1+ T cells are associated with peripheral and central immune alterations in anti‐NMDA receptor encephalitis (NMDAR‐E). They show potential responsiveness to GluN1 (NR1) peptides, potential interactions with peripheral B cells, clonal expansion, increased CD137/CD154 expression, and inflammatory cytokine production. Their preferential cerebrospinal

CD14++CD16+ monocyte linear correlation analysis.

open access: yes, 2013
A, shows the correlation between CD14++CD16+ counts and CD14++CD16+ MPA counts on day 4. B and C, show the correlation of net changes (day 4 minus day 3) between CD14++CD16+ percentages/counts and 24 h urinary sodium. Mon2 indicates CD14++CD16+ monocytes;

Multifunctional Nanovaccine‐Radiotherapy Synergy Drives Anti‐Tumor Immunity via Multi‐Cascade Cell Death for Pancreatic Cancer Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Machine‐learning‐driven transcriptomic analysis identifies FSTL3 as a key tumor‐microenvironment regulator in desmoplastic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. A cRGD‐modified liposome co‐loading gemcitabine and siFSTL3 serves as an irradiation‐triggered in situ nanovaccine. It synergizes with radiotherapy to induce ferroptosis and immunogenic cell death through

TP53 Loss Elevates NF‐κB‐IFN‐β‐MHC‐Ia Signaling to Promote NK Cell Resistance in Osteosarcoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TP53 loss in a transforming or osteosarcoma cell promotes cytosolic DNA accumulation, activating NF‐κB‐dependent IFN‐β production. Autocrine IFN‐β signaling increases cell‐surface HLA‐Ia expression, strengthens inhibitory KIR signaling in natural killer cells, and thereby enables the affected cell to evade NK cell‐mediated cytotoxicity.

Dual‐Targeted Biomimetic MoSe2 Nanozymes for Enhancing Peri‐Implant Soft Tissue Integration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dual‐targeting biomimetic nanozyme, MoSe2@SPMM, selectively targets Staphylococcus aureus and oxidatively stressed macrophages. Near‐infrared activation couples contact‐enhanced photothermal bacterial eradication with reactive oxygen species scavenging to disrupt the pathogenic–immunological amplification loop.

Critical Investigation of the CD14 Promoter Polymorphism : Lack of a Role for In Vitro Cytokine Response and Membrane CD14 Expression

open access: yes, 2005
Blood of volunteers, genotyped for the CD14 C(−159)→T polymorphism, showed no difference in cytokine release when stimulated with nine CD14-dependent immune stimuli.

Persistent Zn2+ Influx‐Mediated Deacetylation of ANXA2 Regulates the “Zn2+‐Autophagic Flux” and Alleviates Intervertebral Disc Degeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Zinc transporter SLC39A14 sustains intracellular Zn2+ levels to activate SIRT3‑dependent ANXA2 deacetylation at K302. This modification weakens ANXA2‑mTOR binding and releases autophagic‑flux suppression in nucleus pulposus cells. Dysregulated Zn2+ homeostasis disrupts this axis to drive intervertebral disc degeneration.
