The molecular characterization of inherited T-cell immunodeficiencies has contributed to delineating key factors in human T-cell development. This review reports on the recent description of deleterious mutations in the genes encoding CD3 subunits expressed at the T-lymphocyte membrane in association with the T-cell receptor.Homozygous mutations in ...

Vibrational spectra of (CD3)2Cd and (CD3)2Zn
Journal of Molecular Spectroscopy, 1973Abstract The Raman and infrared spectra of (CH3)2Cd and (CH3)2Zn have been reexamined and are reported along with previously unreported vibrational data for (CD3)2Cd and (CD3)3Zn. The spectra have been analyzed using the double group G 36 † , which has led to some changes in assignments made previously.

Biological effects of cyclosporin A on CD3−CD161+ and CD3+CD161+ lymphocytes
Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry, 2019Cyclosporin A (CSA) is a widely used drug to prevent the immune cell function. It is well known that CSA blocks transcription of cytokine genes in activated T cells. The connection between T cells and CSA has been well established. However, the effect of CSA on natural killer (NK) cells is not thoroughly understood.
