Particular nanoparticles (PNPs), engineered with defined enrichment of leukocyte adhesion membrane proteins, demonstrate superior targeting of inflamed sites in a microfluidic inflamed vessel model under flow conditions. This selective membrane protein enrichment enhances targeting efficiency while improving nanoparticle production reproducibility and ...

Mycosis Fungoides Is a Proliferation of Multiple Mutational Subclones
ABSTRACT Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a unique type of lymphoma with an excellent prognosis presenting with a wide variety of clinical and histological findings. Recent sophisticated research techniques have revealed that very slow changes in the clinical and histological pictures of one patient over time are due to intratumoral heterogeneity.

Human natural killer T cells (NKTs) are innate-like T lymphocytes increasingly used for cancer immunotherapy. Here we show that human NKTs expressing the pro-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-12 (IL-12) undergo extensive and sustained molecular and ...

Single Cell Analysis Reveals Dynamic Changes of Distinct Cell Populations in Human Nickel Allergy
We investigated cell types mediating the early and late inflammatory responses in human Ni2+‐allergy by scRNA‐Seq. Early responsiveness was mainly mediated by TLR4+TAGLN− endothelial cells indirectly activating TLR4−KRT16+ keratinocytes, and CCR7+DCN+ DCs. Late responsiveness was crucially driven by infiltration of KLF2+ central memory T cells and TLR4+

The Therapeutic Potential of Farm Dust Extracts in a Mouse Model of Eosinophilic Inflammation
Farm dust extract (FDE) treatment reduces airway eosinophilia, mucus overproduction, and MHC‐II expression on DCs, limiting antigen presentation and Th2 inflammation. It increases PD‐L1 on DCs, promoting T cell deactivation. Additionally, FDE enhances Tregs and upregulates CTLA‐4, reinforcing suppression.

The epigenetic regulator ATF7ip inhibits Il2 expression, regulating Th17 responses. [PDF]
T helper 17 cells (Th17) are critical for fighting infections at mucosal surfaces; however, they have also been found to contribute to the pathogenesis of multiple autoimmune diseases and have been targeted therapeutically.

Upregulated HLA‐B*57:01 expression in Tg/KO mice amplifies abacavir‐specific CD8+ T‐cell activation, driven by enhanced antigen presentation. Abacavir treatment induces robust pDC expansion and IFN‐α production, which selectively suppresses memory Treg populations.
