The ZnO:Al film on porous semiconductor CdTe substrates is obtained by sol???gel processing followed by centrifugation. The obtained structures of the n-ZnO:Al/porous-CdTe/p-CdTe films are investigated using scanning electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction.
