Gate‐Tunable Floquet Weyl Photon Emission from Topological Dirac Semimetal Cd3As2
We report experimental demonstration of Floquet band engineering in a 3D Dirac semimetal. Circularly polarized light breaks the time reversal symmetry and transforms Cd3As2 into a Floquet–Weyl phase, splitting Dirac nodes into chirality‐opposite Weyl nodes with nonzero Berry curvature.

Synthesis and characterization of CdTe quantum dots by one-step method
L-Cysteine (Cys)-capped CdTe quantum dots (QDs) were prepared when sodium tellurite worked as a tellurium source and sodium borohydride acted as a reductant.

Phase‐Pure and Size‐Tunable Tin Halide Perovskite Quantum Dots
A trioctylphosphine oxide modulated protocol allows for the synthesis and study of the optical properties of a broad library of tin halide perovskite quantum dots across multiple A‐ and X‐site compositions with precise size tuning while eliminating unwanted 2D phases.

Interaction of surface plasmons with CdTe quantum dot excitons [PDF]
A 5-fold enhancement in the luminescence of CdTe nanocrystal quantum dots (QDs) is observed when they are placed in proximity to a nanostructured Au film deposited by pulsed laser deposition technique. No enhancement is observed with a nanostructured Ag film.
