Quantum Emitters in Hexagonal Boron Nitride: Principles, Engineering and Applications
Quantum emitters in hexagonal boron nitride have emerged as a promising candidate for quantum information science. This review examines the fundamentals of these quantum emitters, including their level structures, defect engineering, and their possible chemical structures.

We introduce a time-to-build technology in a Solow model with bounded technological progress. Our analysis shows that the system may be asymptotically stable, or it can produce stability switches and Hopf bifurcations when time delay varies.

Hopf bifurcation and chaos control for a Leslie–Gower type generalist predator model
This paper is concerned with chaos control and bifurcations of the Leslie–Gower type generalist predator model in a tri-trophic food web system with the time-delayed feedback control.

A Center-Unstable Manifold Theorem for Parametrically Excited Surface Waves
Summary: When fluid in a rectangular tank sits upon a platform which is oscillating with sufficient amplitude, surface waves appear in the ``Faraday resonance.'' Scientists and engineers have done bifurcation analyses which assume that there is a center manifold theorem for Xiao-Biao Lin's model in which potential flow is assumed, but an artificial ...

Vacuum Spacetimes with Future Trapped Surfaces
In this article we show that one can construct initial data for the Einstein equations which satisfy the vacuum constraints. This initial data is defined on a manifold with topology $R^3$ with a regular center and is asymptotically flat.

The SERS spectra of reporter molecules adsorbed on chiral gold nanorods depends on the handedness of circularly polarized light (CPL‐SERS). The bisignate plasmonic CD spectra of chiral nanorods provides wavelength‐dependent CPL‐SERS. Selective discrimination of chiral nanorod handedness and different Raman reporters allow highly sensitive codification ...

Dynamical system analysis of quintom dark energy model
The present work deals with dynamical system analysis of a quintom model of dark energy. By suitable transformation of variables the Einstein field equations are converted to an autonomous system.

Open 3-manifolds whose fundamental groups have infinite center, and a torus theorem for 3-orbifolds [PDF]
Our main result is a characterization of open Seifert fibered 3 3 -manifolds in terms of the fundamental group and large-scale geometric properties of a triangulation. As an application, we extend the Seifert Fiber Space Theorem and the Torus Theorem to a class of 3 3 -orbifolds.

Index theorem for topological excitations on R^3 * S^1 and Chern-Simons theory
We derive an index theorem for the Dirac operator in the background of various topological excitations on an R^3 \times S^1 geometry. The index theorem provides more refined data than the APS index for an instanton on R^4 and reproduces it in ...

This study examines how pore shape and manufacturing‐induced deviations affect the mechanical properties of 3D‐printed lattice materials with constant porosity. Combining µ‐CT analysis, FEM, and compression testing, the authors show that structural imperfections reduce stiffness and strength, while bulk material inhomogeneities probably enhance ...
