Automatic Centerline Extraction for 3D Virtual Bronchoscopy [PDF]
Centerline extraction is the basis to understand three dimensional structure of the lung. In this paper, an automatic centerline determination algorithm for three dimensional virtual bronchoscopy CT image is presented. This algorithm has two main components. They are end points retrieval algorithm and graph based centerline algorithm.

Tracing Sub‐Monolayer Contamination on Wafer‐Scale 2D Materials
Sub‐monolayer adventitious carbon contamination limits the performance and reproducibility of 2D material‐based devices. This study demonstrates scanning helium microscopy (SHeM) as a non‐destructive, ultra‐sensitive tool for wafer‐scale imaging of surface cleanliness.
