Assessing and Predicting Air Pollution in Asia: A Regional and Temporal Study (2018-2023) [PDF]
This study analyzes and predicts air pollution in Asia, focusing on PM 2.5 levels from 2018 to 2023 across five regions: Central, East, South, Southeast, and West Asia. South Asia emerged as the most polluted region, with Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan consistently having the highest PM 2.5 levels and death rates, especially in Nepal, Pakistan, and ...

Integrating ancestry, differential methylation analysis, and machine learning, we identified robust epigenetic signature genes (ESGs) and Core‐ESGs in Black and White women with endometrial cancer. Core‐ESGs (namely APOBEC1 and PLEKHG5) methylation levels were significantly associated with survival, with tumors from high African ancestry (THA) showing ...

Non-Standard Analysis for Regularization of Geometric-Zeno Behaviour in Hybrid Systems
Geometric-Zeno behaviour is a highly challenging problem in the analysis (including simulation) of hybrid systems. Geometric-Zeno can be defined as an infinite number of discrete mode switches in a finite time interval.

Exacerbated grassland degradation and desertification in Central Asia during 2000-2014.
Grassland degradation and desertification is a complex process, including both state conversion (e.g., grasslands to deserts) and gradual within-state change (e.g., greenness dynamics). Existing studies hardly separated the two components and analyzed it
