An attempt to obtain Bi_{4}Ti_{3}O_{12}-PVC textured ceramics-polymer composites [PDF]
Condens. Matter Phys., 2013, vol. 16, No. 3, 31705, 2013Bi_{4}Ti_{3}O_{12}-PVC composites were fabricated. Ceramics powders of bismuth titanate were prepared by the sol-gel method using bismuth nitrate pentahydrate Bi(NO_{3})_{3} \cdot 5H_{2}O and tetrabutyl titanate Ti(CH_{3}(CH_{2})_{3}O)_{4} as precursors.

Fabrication of a lithography‐less Cayley‐tree pattern to generate a blood‐brain barrier‐on‐a‐chip. The shape of the microchannels in the Cayley‐tree pattern is semi‐elliptical with smooth variation in the height of the microchannels from the parent branch to daughter branches.

A droplet microarray system is utilized to screen over 2000 compounds with drug‐resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus as targets. A simple colorimetric viability readout is developed for fast single‐step detection of the inhibitory effect of screened compounds on arrays.
