鹿児島県喜入町のマングローブ干潟におけるヘナタリCerithidea cingulata (Gmelin, 1791) の生活史とω 指数に基づく種間関係の分析ヘナタリCerithdea cingulata (Gmelin, 1790) は，潮間帯や内湾の干潟などの汽水域に生息する巻貝である．本研究では，ヘナタリのサイズ頻度分布の季節変化を調査し，生活史を明らかにすることを目的とした．また，同所に生息するウミニナ，カワアイとの種間関係の調査及び，3 種の個体密度の調査を行なった．ヘナタリの殻は高い円錐形をしており，殻高は2–3 cm．殻口が大きく外側に広がり，前端は水管溝をこえて伸びるのが特徴である．また，ある程度殻が成長すると，殻口が肥厚反転して，本種独特の殻口形態となる．調査は鹿児島県鹿児島市喜入町を流れる愛宕川（23°23′N，130°33′E）の河口干潟で行なった．調査地は ...
