New 2025 French guidelines update psoriasis management with revised algorithms integrating recent systemic therapies. They recommend methotrexate, adalimumab or ustekinumab as first‐line treatments and provide guidance for special psoriasis forms, comorbidities, pregnancy and long‐term management.

Immunohistochemistry for p16 and p53 Provides Substantial Agreement With Molecular Tests in Penile Cancer

In penile squamous cell carcinoma, p16 and p53 immunohistochemistry showed substantial concordance with molecular testing (Cohen's kappa 0.6–0.7). Aberrant p53 expression profiles (overexpression or null phenotype) were associated with significantly worse survival.
