The invention relates to a device for stabilising the cervical vertebrae having a basic body (1) with a plate-shaped section with a drilling running perpendicularly to the plane of the plate and a bone screw (3) with a threaded section (4) and a head (5), in which the threaded section (4) extends through the drilling.
