Prenatally diagnosed de novo segmental amplification or deletion by microarray-based comparative genomic hybridization: A retrospective study

open access: yesTaiwanese Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology, 2019
Objective: Prenatal diagnosis of de novo segmental amplification or deletion by microarray-based comparative genomic hybridization (array CGH) is uncommon.

Electronic structure interpolation via atomic orbitals

open access: yes, 2010
We present an efficient scheme for accurate electronic structure interpolations based on the systematically improvable optimized atomic orbitals. The atomic orbitals are generated by minimizing the spillage value between the atomic basis calculations and

Energy‐aware flexible job shop scheduling problem with nonlinear routes and position‐based learning effect

open access: yesInternational Transactions in Operational Research, Volume 33, Issue 2, Page 860-891, March 2026.
Abstract Sustainability has become one of the main objectives in all human activities and, in particular, in manufacturing environments. In this paper, we consider the flexible job shop scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing energy consumption.

An OGT Missense Variant With Impaired Enzyme Activity in a Child With Severe Developmental Delay and Hepatoblastoma

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Medical Genetics Part A, Volume 200, Issue 2, Page 502-510, February 2026.
ABSTRACT O‐GlcNAc transferase (OGT) and its antagonist O‐GlcNAcase (OGA) regulate protein O‐GlcNAcylation, a highly conserved post‐translational modification involved in metabolic sensing. Pathogenic variants in the OGT gene cause an X‐linked congenital disorder of glycosylation (OGT‐CDG) presenting developmental delay, hypotonia, intellectual ...

Cervicogenic headache

open access: yesМедицинский совет, 2015
The article review literature on cervicogenic headache (CGH). Nosological independence of CGH still remains a subject of numerous debates. Presently, the type of headache (cephalgia) should be considered a syndrome.

Perspective on the Technology Status of Chemical Hydrogen Carriers for Ship‐Based Energy Import

open access: yesElectrochemical Science Advances, Volume 6, Issue 1, February 2026.
ABSTRACT The transport of hydrogen for the import of renewable energy will play an important role for the highly industrialized regions in Europe to meet their energy needs. As the storage and transportation of neat hydrogen comes with considerable downsides with respect to energy density and infrastructure compatibility, chemical hydrogen carriers are

Joint segmentation of many aCGH profiles using fast group LARS

open access: yes, 2009
Array-Based Comparative Genomic Hybridization (aCGH) is a method used to search for genomic regions with copy numbers variations. For a given aCGH profile, one challenge is to accurately segment it into regions of constant copy number.

Pubertal Hormones and the Early Adolescent Female Brain: A Multimodality Brain MRI Study

open access: yesHuman Brain Mapping, Volume 47, Issue 2, February 1, 2026.
A multimodal analysis with cross‐validation was employed to examine the associations between pubertal hormones (oestradiol, testosterone, and dehydroepiandrosterone) and brain structure and function in early adolescent females. The findings indicate both unique and overlapping neural correlates of these hormones.
