The purpose of this paper is to study codes over finite principal ideal rings. To do this, we begin with codes over finite chain rings as a natural generalization of codes over Galois rings GR(pe, l) (including Zpe).

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Bis[2-(benzylideneamino)phenyl] disulfide
In the title molecule, C26H20N2S2, the two benzene rings connected by a disulfide chain form a dihedral angle of 84.9 (1)°, and the two benzene rings in the two benzylideneaminophenyl fragments form dihedral angles of 34.4 (1)

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...

Glift codes over chain ring and non-chain ring \(R_{e,s}\)
Summary: In this paper, Glift codes, generalized lifted polynomials, matrices are introduced. The advantage of Glift code is ``distance preserving'' over the ring \(\mathcal{R}\). Then optimal codes can be obtained over the rings by using Glift codes and lifted polynomials.
