Channel assignment in cellular radio networks [PDF]
We investigate algorithms based on simulated annealing to solve the channel assignment problem for cellular radio networks. The blocking probability of a network is chosen as the optimization criterion.

Phase‐Pure and Size‐Tunable Tin Halide Perovskite Quantum Dots
A trioctylphosphine oxide modulated protocol allows for the synthesis and study of the optical properties of a broad library of tin halide perovskite quantum dots across multiple A‐ and X‐site compositions with precise size tuning while eliminating unwanted 2D phases.

On An Optimal Algorithm For Channel Assignment In Cellular Networks [PDF]
A cellular network is often modelled as a graph and the channel assignment problem is formulated as a coloring problem of the graph. Sen et al. (1998) introduced the notion of cellular graphs that models the hexagonal cell structure of a cellular network.

Joint Uplink and Downlink Resource Allocation for D2D Communications System
In cellular networks, device-to-device communications can increase the spectrum efficiency, but some conventional schemes only consider uplink or downlink resource allocation.

A dual‐timescale reservoir based on monolithically 3D (M3D)‐integrated CNT solid ion‐gated transistors is demonstrated. Tunable ionic dynamics and pulse‐engineered operation enable linear and symmetric synaptic updates. The M3D‐integrated array achieves robust temporal encoding and accurate classification of moving MNIST sequences, highlighting its ...

The prevailing research on cell‐free massive multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) systems posits that, due to channel reciprocity and channel hardening properties, user equipment (UEs) can decode downlink data solely based on uplink statistical channel ...
