The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Nonlinear Pattern Selection in Binary Mixture Convection with Through-Flow
The pattern selection problem in binary-mixture convection in an extended channel with a lateral through-flow is presented. The through-flow breaks left--right parity and changes pattern dynamics dramatically.

Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

Overhead-Aware Distributed CSI Selection in the MIMO Interference Channel
We consider a MIMO interference channel in which the transmitters and receivers operate in frequency-division duplex mode. In this setting, interference management through coordinated transceiver design necessitates channel state information at the ...

Support Vector Channel Selection in BCI [PDF]
Designing a brain computer interface (BCI) system one can choose from a variety of features that may be useful for classifying brain activity during a mental task. For the special case of classifying electroencephalogram (EEG) signals we propose the usage of the state of the art feature selection algorithms Recursive Feature Elimination and Zero-Norm ...

High-Q variable bandwidth passive filters for Software Defined Radio [PDF]
An important aspect of Software Defined Radio is the ability to define the bandwidth of the filter that selects the desired channel. This paper describes a technique for channel filtering, in which two passive filters are combined to obtain a variable ...

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox
