Self-Parameterized Chaotic Map for Low-Cost Robust Chaos
This paper presents a general method, called “self-parameterization”, for designing one-dimensional (1-D) chaotic maps that provide wider chaotic regions compared to existing 1-D maps. A wide chaotic region is a desirable property, as it helps to provide

Construction of a New Discrete Chaotic Mapping Based on the Robust Chaos Theorem
Chaotic systems serve as fundamental pseudo-random sequence generators in encryption algorithms and play a vital role in communication security. However, most current research still focus on the classical Logistic chaotic map, making it vulnerable to ...

BER Performance Improvement of Dual Chaotic Maps Based on STBC Communication System
Sensitive information of any multimedia must be encrypted before transmission. The dual chaotic algorithm is a good option to encrypt sensitive information by using different parameters and different initial conditions for two chaotic maps.

We consider a family of singular maps as an example of a simple model of dynamical systems exhibiting the property of robust chaos on a well defined range of parameters. Critical boundaries separating the region of robust chaos from the region where stable fixed points exist are calculated on the parameter space of the system.
