Low-power charge sensitive amplifier for semiconductor scintillator
Proceedings of 2010 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2010A design of low-noise charge sensitive amplifier (CSA) for measurement of optical response of photo-detector registering light produced by semiconductor scintillator is presented. Detailed analysis of the CSA suitable for large parasitic detector capacitance is provided, regarding noise, power and stability.

Noise performance of the charge sensitive amplifier for photodetection

A Correlated Double Sampling Technique for Charge-Sensitive Amplifiers based on TFTs
2022 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS), 2022In this work is presented a low-noise Charge Sensitive Amplifier (CSA) suitable for the readout of high-impedance pyroelectric sensors. The circuit exploits a novel Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) technique which allows both continuous-time integration and cancellation of the Thin-Film Transistor (TFT) 1/f noise.

A Fully Differential Charge-Sensitive Amplifier for Dust-Particle Detectors
2018 14th Conference on Ph.D. Research in Microelectronics and Electronics (PRIME), 2018This paper presents the design and measurements of a fully differential charge sensitive amplifier operating in the frequency range from 7 Hz to 300 kHz. In comparison to the typically employed single input transistor topology, the shown differential approach greatly simplifies the suppression of common mode noise.
