Physics of Plasmas, 2016The influence of adding chlorine on the characteristics of a dielectric barrier discharge in Argon is investigated on the basis of a one-dimensional fluid model. The spatio-temporal characteristics of the discharge are obtained by applying a sinusoidal voltage with a frequency and amplitude of 7 kHz and 350 V, respectively.
