Chemical composition and quality attributes of goat meat and lamb
Meat Science, 1990Chemically, goat meat had significantly (P < 0·05) less intramuscular fat and significantly (P < 0·001) more moisture than lamb. The sarcoplasmic protein concentration of the goat meat was significantly (P < 0·001) greater than that of lamb while the myofibrillar protein concentration was similar in the two species.

Relationship between Sensory Attributes and Chemical Composition of Different Mango Cultivars
Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2019The present study investigated the relationship between the chemical composition and sensory quality of different mango ( Mangifera indica L.) cultivars by multivariate statistical analysis. The results showed that the high hedonic rating of mangoes was due in part to its flavor profile such as fruity, pineapple, and coconut with sweetness.
