Dampak Kebakaran Lahan terhadap Kesuburan Fisik, Kimia, dan Biologi Tanah Serta Alternatif Penanggulangan dan Pemanfaatannya [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
. The paper discussed the impact of fires on soil fertility including soil physical, chemical, and biological aspects. Fires initially lowered soil biodiversity, organic matter content and further in the short term increased soil pH, N-NH4+, available ...

Integration of Spatiotemporal Multi‐Omics in Peach Fruit Unravels a Metabolic Niche and the Genetic Basis of Trichome‐Mediated Stress Adaptation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study constructed the first spatiotemporal multi‐omics map of peach fruit and discovered a key candidate gene that synergistically regulates trichome development and drought tolerance through the jasmonic acid signaling pathway, providing insights into the coupling mechanism between development and stress resistance.

The Surface Chemical Composition of Lunar Samples and Its Significance for Optical Properties [PDF]

open access: yes
The surface iron, titanium, calcium, and silicon concentration in numerous lunar soil and rock samples was determined by Auger electron spectroscopy. All soil samples show a large increase in the iron to oxygen ratio compared with samples of pulverized ...

Prediction of soil available phosphorus based on soil organic carbon [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
There are many cases in which it is desirable to determine relationships among some soil physical and chemical properties. In soil studies, soil available phosphorous (AP) are often determined using laboratory tests, but it may be more suitable and ...

Obtaining Chemical Properties through Soil Electrical Resistivity

open access: yesJournal of Civil Engineering Research, 2012
The electrical resistivity of soil is significantly influenced by shape of the particle of soil, presence of mo isture in soil, chemical properties of soil and presence of organic materials in soil. Chemical p roperties of soil such as Soil pH, Cation exchange capacity (CEC), soil salinity can be efficiently determined by electrical resistivity of soil.

Polar Lattice‐Distorted Motifs Enable Synergy of Local Polarization/Dipole Fields for Concurrent Glyphosate Wastewater Remediation and CO Evolution

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Photocatalytic treatment of glyphosate herbicide in agricultural wastewater is achieved through the cooperative effect of the local polarization field and dipole field mediated by lattice‐distorted carbon nitride. Glyphosate is completely degraded via selective C─P bond cleavage with a CO evolution rate of 1166 µmol g−1 h−1.
