Advanced Science, EarlyView.Astrocyte‐specific SHP1 deletion disrupts astrocyte–vascular interactions and compromises BBB integrity while enhancing STAT1‐dependent CXCL10 expression. These changes synergistically promote peripheral CD4+ and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration into the SDH. The infiltrating T cells secrete IFN‐γ, which in turn activates microglia.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.The Gela/decitabine/La2(CO3)3 colloidal (GDLC) hydrogel developed here could reverse the epigenetic silencing of the GSDME gene by the synergistic interaction between DAC and La3+, while concurrently activating caspase‐3, thus facilitating pyroptosis induction under the tumor microenvironment.

Developing Soft Interconnected Microchannel Network for 2D Skin‐Like Actuator
