ABSTRACT Bile acids have been implicated in calcium oxalate (CaOx) nephrolithiasis. Here, we employ multi‐omics approaches to identify isoallolithocholic acid (isoalloLCA) as the key bile acid elevated in the feces, serum, kidney, and urine of CaOx rats, confirmed by spatial metabolomics.

A Multiscale Mechanistic Framework for Polydopamine Dyeing in Ultrablack Wool Textiles
Ultrablack photonic textiles are enabled through polydopamine (PDA) dyeing, which is governed by the interplay of PDA chemistry, wool surface topology and chemistry, and hierarchical fiber–yarn–fabric architecture. Fabric architecture emerges as a primary and previously underappreciated design lever for wide‐angle optical performance.

One‐Step Immobilized Phage Depolymerase Coatings for Catheter‐Related Bloodstream Infections
Catheter‐related bloodstream infections (CRBSI) caused by drug‐resistant Gram‐negative bacteria remain a major clinical challenge. Here, a polydopamine‐assisted depolymerase coating degrades bacterial capsules and restores serum‐mediated killing, effectively suppressing biofilms and reducing bacterial burden in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo, presenting a

Clinical intramuscular thymus transplantation yields only short‐lived efficacy and marginal therapeutic benefits. Benefiting from the spleen's intrinsic strengths—rapid vascular perfusion, abundant developmental factors, and resident progenitors—the intrasplenic thymic grafts achieve robust thymic regeneration and substantial T‐cell reconstitution ...

Deterministic crypt fission is achieved in intestinal organoids using photopatternable hydrogels with spatiotemporal control. Daughter‐crypt symmetry is shown to depend on parent‐crypt geometry and epithelial curvature, while myosin‐dependent mechanosensing links tissue shape to regenerative outcomes.

After oral administration, inodorous GLU‐BA self‐assembles into nanomicelles in aqueous environments to resist premature gastric adsorption. Upon reaching the intestine, endogenous esterases rapidly cleave the built‐in ester bonds in these nanomicelles to release BA and GLU, with GLU further metabolized by gut microbiota to gradually generate BA ...

CAR‐Engineered Cell Therapies Beyond Cancer: Reprogramming Fibrosis and Immune‐Mediated Inflammation
CAR‐engineered cell therapies are expanding beyond cancer toward immune resetting, pathological‐cell clearance, matrix remodeling, and microenvironmental reprogramming in autoimmune, inflammatory, and fibrotic diseases. This Review compares CAR‐T, CAR‐macrophage, and CAR‐NK platforms and proposes controllable spatiotemporal reprogramming to align ...

The Antidiabetic Potential of Alpha‐Mangostin: A Review of Preclinical and Clinical Evidence
Alpha‐mangostin is a compound from the pericarp of Garcinia mangostana. The antidiabetic effects of alpha‐mangostin include enhancing insulin secretion, improving glucose uptake through GLUT receptor upregulation, reducing oxidative stress and inflammation, promoting wound healing, reducing HbA1C, reducing HOMA‐IR index, and decreased mRNA expressions ...
