TRIM38 Suppresses Breast Cancer Progression via Modulating SQSTM1 Ubiquitination and Autophagic Flux
Advanced Science, EarlyView.TRIM38, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, suppresses breast cancer progression by inhibiting proliferation, migration, and invasion. Downregulated in breast tumor, its loss correlates with poor prognosis. Mechanistically, TRIM38 mediates K63‐linked ubiquitination of SQSTM1/p62 at K420, disrupting SQSTM1‐LC3 interaction and blocking autophagic flux.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study introduces a multifunctional hydrogel coating (Lap‐CMCSMA/GelMA@SeNPs) that scavenges ROS, modulates immune responses, and shows strong antibacterial activity. It effectively restores the peri‐implant microenvironment. The coating exhibits excellent biocompatibility and promotes osteogenic differentiation.

A Modular Vaccine Platform Against SARS‐CoV‐2 Based on Self‐Assembled Protein Nanoparticles
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A modular BP26 nanoparticle vaccine platform incorporating the SpyTag/SpyCatcher system enables high‐density, repetitive antigen display with post‐expression flexibility. Conjugation of the SARS‐CoV‐2 RBD to BP26 nanoparticles elicits strong humoral immunity and confers protection against viral challenge in vivo.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study reports a novel targeted protein degradation strategy termed “HSP70‐PROTAC” that recruits Hsc70 complex to a target protein for inducing degradation. Among them, GDAz‐3 exhibits effective GPX4 degradation activity via UPS/CMA processes, triggering ferroptosis‐driven anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo.
