Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy for ALL [PDF]
Abstract Relapsed and refractory leukemias pose substantial challenges in both children and adults, with very little progress being made in more than a decade. Targeted immunotherapy using chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-modified T cells has emerged as a potent therapy with an innovative mechanism.

Mechanisms and therapeutic opportunities of the ribotoxic stress response in cancer
Cancer cells' high translational demand creates opportunities to therapeutically target ribosome function. Ribosome stalling and collisions activate ZAKα and the ribotoxic stress response (RSR), which can trigger rapid, p53‐independent apoptosis in cancer.

Global trends in CAR-T cell therapy for multiple myeloma: A bibliometric analysis, 2013–2025
CAR-T cell therapy has dramatically changed the treatment paradigm for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM). Nevertheless, there is a notable paucity of comprehensive bibliometric analyses within this specialized domain.

Cell therapies typically rely on cold‐chain logistics and cryopreservation, limiting access and compromising cell quality. Here, a dual‐chamber device separates an oxygen‐supplying chamber from a hyaluronic acid cargo chamber, sustaining oxygen delivery for over 70 h and enabling ambient‐temperature shipment.

Chimeric Antigen Receptors Expand the Repertoire of Antigenic Macromolecules for Cellular Immunity
T-cell therapies have made significant improvements in cancer treatment over the last decade. One cellular therapy utilizing T-cells involves the use of a chimeric MHC-independent antigen-recognition receptor, typically referred to as a chimeric antigen ...

Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell Therapy for Lymphomas [PDF]
It is estimated that 2.1% of the population of the United States will develop non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in a lifetime. With treatment, 71% of patients with NHL live to 5 years. Because current drugs used for treatment do not cure all patients and cause serious adverse effects, new strategies have been studied to treat lymphoma.
