Abstract Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) is a nutritious grain, with balanced composition of amino acids, and a facultative halophyte. Under greenhouse conditions, we assessed 148 quinoa accessions from the USDA genebank for grain weight, phenological, and morphological characteristics.
