In-medium effective chiral lagrangians and the pion mass in nuclear matter [PDF]
We argue that the effective pion mass in nuclear matter obtained from chiral effective lagrangians is unique and does not depend on off-mass-shell extensions of the pion fields as e.g. the PCAC choice. The effective pion mass in isospin symmetric nuclear

Off-Shell Scalar Supermultiplet in the Unfolded Dynamics Approach
We show how manifestly supersymmetric action for Wess-Zumino model can be constructed within the unfolded dynamics approach. The off-shell unfolded system for N = 1, D = 4 scalar supermultiplet is found. The action is presented in the form of integral of

Micropolar Elastoplasticity Using a Fast Fourier Transform‐Based Solver
ABSTRACT This work presents a micromechanical spectral formulation for obtaining the full‐field and homogenized response of elastoplastic micropolar composites. A closed‐form radial‐return mapping is derived from thermodynamics‐based micropolar elastoplastic constitutive equations to determine the increment of plastic strain necessary to return the ...

It has been shown in [15, 70] in the framework of Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model with the assumption of spatially homogeneous condensates that in the large-N c limit (N c is the number of quark colours) there exist three dual symmetries of the thermodynamic ...

Chiral effective Lagrangian and quark masses [PDF]
The status of lattice determinations of quark masses is reviewed (with the exception of m_b). Attempts to extract the low-energy constants in the effective chiral Lagrangian are discussed, with special emphasis on those couplings which are required to test the hypothesis of a massless up-quark.

In this work, the reduced spin Hirota–Maxwell–Bloch (rsHMB) equation is examined analytically. This model is useful for characterizing the propagation of femtosecond pulses in an erbium‐doped fiber. The optical soliton solutions of the introduced rsHMB problem are constructed using the Jacobi elliptic function (JEF) expansion technique.

Flavored extended instanton in QCD
We discuss new flavored space-like defects in confined QCD which can be considered as the Euclidean extended instantons carrying the topologically quantized currents.

Radiative decays of the doubly charmed baryons in chiral perturbation theory
We have systematically investigated the spin-$\frac{3}{2}$ to spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ doubly charmed baryon transition magnetic moments to the next-to-next-to-leading order in the heavy baryon chiral perturbation theory (HBChPT).

Tensor Condensate Accompanied by Chiral Transition in a Strong Magnetic Field
We investigate tensor condensates and chiral condensates in the (2 + 1)‐flavor Nambu–Jona–Lasinio model at finite temperature and density in the presence of a strong magnetic field. The emergence of the tensor condensate is attributed to the four‐fermion interaction.

Effective chiral Lagrangians for spin-1 mesons
The commonly used types of effective theory for vector mesons are reviewed and their relationships clarified. They are shown to correspond to different choices of field for spin-1 particles and the rules for transforming between them are described.
