Light- and strange-quark mass dependence of the ρ(770) meson revisited
Recent lattice data on ππ-scattering phase shifts in the vector-isovector channel, pseudoscalar meson masses and decay constants for strange-quark masses smaller or equal to the physical value allow us to study the strangeness dependence of these ...

On the Origin of the Enhancementof CP-violating Charge Asymmetries in $K \rightarrow 3\pi$ Decays Predicted from Chiral Theory [PDF]
We present an analysis of the enhancement of CP-violating charge asymmetries in $K \rightarrow 3\pi$ decays. Calculations of decay amplitudes are performed on the basis of bosonized strong and weak Lagrangians derived from QCD-motivated quark Lagrangians.

Chiral power counting of one- and two-body currents in direct detection of dark matter
We present a common chiral power-counting scheme for vector, axial-vector, scalar, and pseudoscalar WIMP–nucleon interactions, and derive all one- and two-body currents up to third order in the chiral expansion.

Introduction to chiral symmetry in QCD
The main aspects of chiral symmetry in QCD are presented. The necessity of its spontaneous breakdown is explained. Some low-energy theorems are reviewed.

Navigating collinear superspace
We introduce a new set of effective field theory rules for constructing Lagrangians with N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 supersymmetry in collinear superspace. In the standard superspace treatment, superfields are functions of the coordinates x μ θ α θ † α ⋅ $$ \

Chiral Structure of Baryon and Scalar Tetraquark Currents
We investigate chiral properties of local fields of baryons consisting of three quarks with flavor SU(3) symmetry. We construct explicitly independent local threequark fields belonging to definite Lorentz and flavor representations.

Constraints on disconnected contributions in ππ scattering
The accuracy of the lattice QCD computation of hadron-hadron scattering at low isospin depends critically on the ability to compute correlation functions with fermionic disconnected Wick contractions.

2, 12, 117, 1959, 45171, 1170086, …: a Hilbert series for the QCD chiral Lagrangian
We apply Hilbert series techniques to the enumeration of operators in the mesonic QCD chiral Lagrangian. Existing Hilbert series technologies for non-linear realizations are extended to incorporate the external fields. The action of charge conjugation is

ϱ → 4π in chirally symmetric models [PDF]
The decays rho0 → 2π+2π− and rho0 → 2π0π+π− are studied using various effective Lagrangians for π and rho (and in some case a1) mesons, all of which respect the approximate chiral symmetry of the strong interaction.
