A chiral route to spontaneous entanglement generation [PDF]
We study the generation of spontaneous entanglement between two qubits chirally coupled to a waveguide. The maximum achievable concurrence is demonstrated to increase by a factor of $4/e \sim 1.5$ as compared to the non-chiral coupling situation.

Polysaccharides, oligosaccharides, and their derivatives, particularly of amylose, cellulose, chitosan, and β-cyclodextrin, are well-known chiral selectors (CSs) of chiral stationary phases (CSPs) in chromatography, because they can separate a wide range

The viability of achieving chiral separation through the optical manipulation of molecules [PDF]
Several different optical methods have recently been proposed for the potential separation of chiral molecules according to their intrinsic handedness. Applying fundamental symmetry and electrodynamical principles provides a perspective that casts doubt ...

Laser optical separation of chiral molecules [PDF]
The optical trapping of molecules with an off-resonant laser beam involves a forward-Rayleigh scattering mechanism. It is shown that discriminatory effects arise on irradiating chiral molecules with circularly polarized light; the complete representation

Chiral Separations of Pyrethroic Acids Using Cyclodextrin Selectors
Pyrethroid insecticides are broadly used. They have low toxicity for warm-blooded living creatures, but high toxicity for both insects and fish. Therefore, it is important to reduce the environmental impact of pyrethroids.

Dynamic mechanical chirality of [2]rotaxane consisting of a Cs symmetric wheel and a C2v symmetric axle is discussed via the synthesis, enantiomer separation, racemization, and chiral-prochiral interconversion.

Field-induced diastereomers for chiral separation [PDF]
A novel approach for the state-specific enantiomeric enrichment and the spatial separation of enantiomers is presented. Our scheme utilizes techniques from strong-field laser physics, specifically an optical centrifuge in conjunction with a static ...

Review on the enantioselective separation and environmental determination of chiral contaminates
Approaches to the chromatographic (GC, HPLC, CE, SFC and TLC) enantiomer separation and determination of chiral contaminates are reviewed. The enanriomers of chiral contaminates are selectively degradation and interaction in soil and water environment ...

A Stern-Gerlach separator of chiral enantiomers based on the Casimir-Polder potential
We propose a method to separate enantiomers using parity violation in the Casimir-Polder potential between chiral mirrors and chiral molecules. The proposed setup involves a molecular beam composed of chiral molecules passing through a planar cavity ...
