Enhanced Near-Field Chirality in Periodic Arrays of Si Nanowires for Chiral Sensing
Nanomaterials can be specially designed to enhance optical chirality and their interaction with chiral molecules can lead to enhanced enantioselectivity. Here we propose periodic arrays of Si nanowires for the generation of enhanced near-field chirality.

Chiral Photons from Chiral Gravitational Waves [PDF]
We show that a parity-breaking uniform (averaged over all directions on the sky) circular polarization of amplitude $V_{00} \simeq 2.6 \times 10^{-17}\, Δχ(r/0.06)$ can be induced by chiral gravitational-wave (GW) background with tensor-to-scalar ratio $r$ and chirality parameter $Δχ$ (which is $\pm1$ for a maximally chiral background).

The Chirality Trinity: Chirality, Chirality Prime and Time Chirality
The flow of time moves in one direction in any spatial position and orientation in this universe. Chiral objects, which lack mirror symmetry, retain their chirality regardless of their position or orientation. Despite being seemingly independent, time and chirality share common features such as universality -- applying to 'any position and orientation'

Interacting with tumor cells weakens the intrinsic clockwise chirality of endothelial cells
Endothelial cells (ECs) possess a strong intrinsic clockwise (CW, or rightward) chirality under normal conditions. Enervating this chirality of ECs significantly impairs the function of the endothelial barrier.

Breaking of Odd Chirality in Magnetoelectrodeposition of Copper Films on Micro-Electrodes
The surface chirality was investigated in magnetoelectrodeposition (MED) of copper films on micro-disc electrodes with the diameters of 100 and 25 µm. The MED was conducted in the magnetic fields of 1–5 T, which were parallel or antiparallel to the ionic

Chiral and Chirality Discrimination on Helical Polyacetylenes
Synthesis and function of helical polyphenylacetylenes are briefly reviewed. Optically active helical polyphenylacetylenes were synthesized by polymerization of the corresponding chiral phenylacetylene monomers and their chiral recognition abilities were evaluated as a chiral stationary phase for HPLC.
