Extraction of collagen from sea bass and common carp bone waste is a cost‐effective and sustainable way to utilize valuable protein by reducing waste disposal costs. Both collagens contain glycine as the main amino acid with relatively high content of proline, alanine, hydroxyproline, arginine and glutamic acid.
