Effect of Chlorocholine Chloride on the Amount of Diffusible Gibberellins in Bean Plants
Biochemie und Physiologie der Pflanzen, 1982Summary The effect of a chlorocholinechloride (CCC) treatment on the amount of diffusible gibberellins was studied in normal and dwarf beans. In the treated plants, quite in contrast to the content of extractable gibberellins with an organic solvent, the amount of diffusible gibberellins increased.

Accumulation of polysaccharides under the influence of chlorocholine chloride inAronia melanocarpa
Chemistry of Natural Compounds, 1979Water-soluble polysaccharides (WSPSs) have been isolated from the fruit and leaves ofAronia melanocarpa Elliot (black chokeberry) plants treated with chlorocholine chloride in various concentrations. It has been established that they are composed of galacturonic acid and the neutral monosaccharides galactose, glucose, arabinose, xylose, and rhamnose ...

[Determination of chlorocholine chloride, diquat and paraquat].
Archiv fur experimentelle Veterinarmedizin, 1979Chlorocholine chloride, diquate, and paraquate may be precipitated in aqueous solution with sodium tetraphenylborate. The precipitates are soluble in nitromethane and diethylketone. Acid fluxing agents have to be used for thin-layer chromatography with silica gel G.

An improved micropropagation of Eclipta alba by in vitro priming with chlorocholine chloride
Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture, 2007An efficient method of micropropagation for Eclipta alba from young nodal axils of shoot tip explants has been developed by giving special attention to ‘priming’ in vitro plantlets in view of increasing their hardening ability after transplantation ex vitro.

Gibberellic acid, chlorocholine chloride and yield increases in Zante currant
2017GA and CCC additively increased yield of Zante currant fruit. GA induced an increase in berry size (weight and volume) which was unaffected by CCC, while CCC offset to an appreciable extent the reduction in berry number associated with low concentrations of GA.

[Causes for species difference in acute toxicity of chlorocholine chloride].
Archiv fur experimentelle Veterinarmedizin, 1978Chlorocholine chloride (CCC) inhibits neuromuscular transduction of excitation and, consequently, leads to respiratory arrest in cases of acute intoxication. An account is given of the relationships between neuromuscularly blocking activity and acute toxicity of CCC.

[On the determination of chlorocholine chloride (CCC) in cereals (author's transl)].
Zeitschrift fur Lebensmittel-Untersuchung und -Forschung, 1977For the determination of CCC residues samples of grains and straw of four varieties of spring wheat and oat were extracted with ethanol. CCC was purified by column chromatography with an ion exchanger and alumina as well as by TLC. After its identification by the Rf and a colour reaction on the thin layer plate a colorimetric method with dipicrylamine ...
