Acute myeloid leukemia: An unusual manifestation of the trachea
Objective(s) Hematologic malignancy involving the trachea is rare. It is even less common for tracheal involvement to be the initial manifestation of this disease. We present a case report highlighting an unusual diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML)

Primary Extramedullary Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia Presenting as Cauda Equina Syndrome: A Rare Case Report and Diagnostic Challenge. [PDF]
ABSTRACT APL presenting as an extramedullary mass is exceedingly rare. Here, we describe extramedullary APL causing cauda equina syndrome, underscoring the diagnostic challenges associated with an atypical presentation, highlighting the complexity of distinguishing extramedullary APL from other conditions, and discussing the stepwise approach to ...

Clonal Progression and Leukemic Transformation of a TP53 Mutated Post-Polycythaemia Vera Myelofibrosis. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Previous studies investigating the role of TP53 mutations in chronic phase MPN have yielded inconsistent results. As such, the clinical relevance of these mutations remains to be elucidated. We report a case of a 67‐year‐old woman with a leukemic transformation of a post‐polycythaemia vera myelofibrosis (post‐PV MF) that culminated in the rare
