Eiyo To Shokuryo, 1969 クロロフィル, クロロフィリン, フェオフィチンおよびクロロフィル誘導体の銅クロロフィル, 銅クロロフィリンナトリウム, 鉄クロロフィリンナトリウムの光分解, さらにクロロフィルaの光分解に対する水分, 遷移金属 (Fe2+, Fe3+), L-アスコルビン酸の影響を検討し, 次の結果をえた。1. クロロフィルは著しい光分解をうけ, とくにクロロフィルaはbに比較してその光分解度が大きい。2. クロロフィリンはクロロフィルaより光に対してはるかに安定であるが光分解をうける。とくに溶液の濃度が薄いほど光分解度が増大する。3. フェオフィチンは光に対してやや不安定で光分解をうける。4.
