Compound A3bn exhibited strong binding affinities for HDAC2, HDAC6, and HDAC8. A3bn’s anticancer IC50 values were similar to those of SAHA. Cell death resulted from the extrinsic apoptotic pathway. Fe and Cu exchanged natural clinoptilolites are evaluated as heterogeneous photo‐Fenton catalysts for water disinfection under visible light, using E. coli as a model pathogen. Bacterial detection limit is reached in 2 h, with no regrowth observed.
