Cholesterol Granuloma of the Orbit
Delhi Journal of Ophthalmology, 2010 Cholesterol granuloma is a rare, well-defined lesion of the orbit, commencing mostly in the diploe of bone. We report a case of cholesterol granuloma in the orbital part of the frontal bone in a 47-year-old male patient.
