A low-power chopper bandpass amplifier for biopotential sensors

A low-power low-noise chopper operational amplifier for biosensor applications is proposed. It employs a simple ripple suppression method using a band-pass amplifier. The input referred noise is only 43nV/rtHz. Fabricated in a 130nm standard CMOS process, it occupies a chip area of 0.28mm2 and consumes 33sA from a 1.2V supply.
