ABSTRACT Background Spermatocytic tumor is a rare type of testicular germ cell tumor, accounting for approximately 1% of all testicular neoplasms. Case Presentation A 51‐year‐old male presented to the hospital with a painless mass in the left testis. Ultrasonography revealed a heterogeneous intratesticular mass with cystic components.
