Insights Into the Antigenic Repertoire of Unclassified Synaptic Antibodies
ABSTRACT Objective We sought to characterize the sixth most common finding in our neuroimmunological laboratory practice (tissue assay‐observed unclassified neural antibodies [UNAs]), combining protein microarray and phage immunoprecipitation sequencing (PhIP‐Seq). Methods Patient specimens (258; 133 serums; 125 CSF) meeting UNA criteria were profiled;

Objectives Evaluate the efficacy and safety of baricitinib in paediatric patients with active JIA‐U or chronic anterior ANA‐positive uveitis, who had an inadequate response to MTX or bDMARDs. Methods JUVE‐BRIGHT was an open‐label, active‐controlled, Phase‐3 multicentre trial which utilized a novel design, including 1:1 randomization to an active ...

Non-neoplastic situations simulating choroidal melanoma and other intraocular neoplasms
Multiple non-neoplastic situations might simulate intraocular neoplasms. As in every case detailed anamnesis, history, self and family background are important in discrimination. Even thoguh the clinical signs might be confusing multimodal imaging is mandatory for differential diagnosis.

Bio‐based and (semi‐)synthetic zwitterion‐modified novel materials and fully synthetic next‐generation alternatives show the importance of material design for different biomedical applications. The zwitterionic character affects the physiochemical behavior of the material and deepens the understanding of chemical interaction mechanisms within the ...

Multimodal imaging of suspicious choroidal neoplasms in a primary eye‐care clinic [PDF]
Small suspicious choroidal neoplasms commonly present a diagnostic challenge in primary eye-care clinics, where they are most likely to present. Differentiating benign from malignant choroidal neoplasms is essential for facilitating early diagnosis and treatment, potentially decreasing the risk of metastasis and vision loss in some cases.

From Rigid to Soft Robotic Approaches for Neuroendoscopy
Robotic assistance has had minimal impact on deep intraventricular surgeries, where small‐scale, precision, and reduced invasiveness can contribute to improved patient outcomes. Emerging technologies in rigid, soft, and hybrid robotics are reviewed to identify the most promising mechanisms for deep brain navigation in addition to an attempt to identify
