REPORT OF CASE A white woman aged 24 consulted one of us because of a minor injury to her left eye. The left eye was markedly divergent, with a deviation of approximately 30 degrees, and vision was reduced to perception of hand movements.

Atypical Coloboma of the Iris and Choroid
American Journal of Ophthalmology, 1920The case here reported is of small cornea, coloboma of the iris up and slightly out, and coloboma of the choroid, beginning above the disc and extending upward to the limit of the visible fundus.
