Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension Is Characterized by a Distinct Proteomic Profile
Objectives The pathophysiology of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is poorly understood and disease‐specific biomarkers are lacking. We aimed to shed light on IIH pathophysiology and identify disease‐specific biomarkers. Methods This prospective cross‐sectional cohort study included patients with new‐onset IIH and age‐, body mass index‐, and ...

Predictive Registry Optimization of Molecular Adsorbates on Solid Surfaces
Local C–H “spikes” from a π‐conjugated backbone lock into graphene “pockets”. A geometric registry score turns images obtained by scanning tunneling microscopy at the solid/liquid interface into atomic‐scale adsorption models, enabling assignment of surface atropisomers in large π‐conjugated molecules.

Acute ischemic stroke due to large vessel occlusion is associated with rapid intravascular immune activation. Analysis of arterial blood sampled distal to the thrombus during mechanical thrombectomy revealed increased extracellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and interleukin‐1β (IL‐1β) levels, evidence of inflammasome priming in monocytes, and ...

Cyclopropene fatty acids have been made that allow the study of fatty acid uptake in complex mixtures of immune cells with single cell resolution and combined with metabolic and proteomic analysis so that for the first time nutrient uptake can be correlated to the phenotype of single immune cell.

Objective Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) has been implicated in the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis (MS). Elevated immunoglobulin G (IgG) titers against EBV nuclear antigen 1 (EBNA1) represent the most consistent serological marker of MS risk, with levels remaining persistently elevated following disease onset.

Enzymatic Encoding of Topology in an Intrinsically Disordered Single‐Chain Protein
Enzymatic intramolecular cross‐linking enables topology control in intrinsically disordered proteins, yielding SCNPs with reproducible cavity architectures. Using β‐casein and microbial transglutaminase, sparse, sequence‐resolved constraints drive compact collapse without inducing secondary structure.

Therapeutic Applications of Stimuli‐Based Release and Engineering of Extracellular Vesicles
This review summarizes the effects of endogenous and exogenous stimuli, their effects on the natural release of extracellular vesicles, as well as their uptake and release. It also gives an overview of stimuli‐responsive EVs and their therapeutic applications. Extracellular vesicles (EVs), nano‐ to microsized lipid bilayer membrane‐bound particles, are

3D‐Printable Nanoporous Thermosets via Disulfide‐Based Polymerization‐Induced Microphase Separation
α‐Lipoic acid‐derived degradable macro‐chain transfer agents (macroCTAs) with tunable hydrophilicity drive polymerization‐induced microphase separation (PIMS) in photocurable resins. Selective etching via disulfide cleavage then generates interconnected nanoporous thermosets, and compatibility with liquid‐crystal display (LCD) 3D printing enables the ...
