WS2 Micro‐Dome Single Photon Source in a Tunable Open Cavity

In this work, a single‐photon source based on WS2 micro‐domes is realized and integrated into an open, tunable optical microcavity. Enhanced Operational Stability of Carbene‐Metal‐Amide Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes by Reducing Electron Accumulation on the Emitter

Carbene‐metal‐amide (CMA) organic LEDs suffer from poor stability despite submicrosecond excited‐state lifetimes. Here, we show that electron accumulation on CMA emitters triggers bond cleavage, while poor electron transport amplifies OLED instability.

Chiral‐Induced Spin Selectivity Effect in a 1 nm Thin 1,1′‐Binaphthyl‐2,2′‐diyl Hydrogenphosphate Self‐Assembled Monolayer on Nickel Oxide

A self‐assembled monolayer (≈0.9 nm) of an axially chiral binaphthol phosphoric acid derivative on a ferromagnetic Ni/NiOx substrate shows chiral‐induced spin selectivity (CISS) magnetoresistance of 50%–80%. This thermally and chemically robust functional stack shows the way towards practical spintronic devices based on the CISS effect.
