A non‐destructive, quantitative approach has been developed to explore the nanoscale dynamics of TaOx‐based memristive devices. The utilization of nano‐X‐ray fluorescence analysis enables the direct probing of spatially resolved elemental distributions, including those present in buried layers, that are critical for the resistive switching.

Abrupt and Gradual Resistive Switching in Interface‐Modified IGZO Memristors
The indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) surface is modified with Ar‐plasma and ultraviolet ozone (UV‐O3) treatment. The W/IGZO/Pt memristors with Ar‐plasma treatment show forming‐free abrupt switching, whereas the UV‐O3‐treated device exhibits gradual switching, while both operate at voltages ≤1 V.

A Large Scale Multi‐Modal Workflow for Battery Characterization: From Concept to Implementation
Isolated characterization techniques produce independent datasets and single‐property insights. However, progressively more holistic interpretations of battery‐material behavior is needed in the future. Here we demonstrate a coordinated multimodal workflow enabling the correlation of heterogeneous datasets and the construction of multidimensional ...

Matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization imaging‐based identification of reliable small molecule markers across heterogeneous glioblastoma cohorts is challenging with intensity‐only methods. We present spatially informed feature selection (SIFS), a spatially informed framework that prioritizes molecules consistently colocalizing with histopathology.
