NDST3‐Induced Epigenetic Reprogramming Reverses Neurodegeneration in Parkinson's Disease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
NDST3‐mediated epigenetic reprogramming revitalizes neuronal circuits in the substantia nigra and striatum to halt dopaminergic neuron degeneration and restore motor function in Parkinson's disease models. This strategy promotes neuronal maintenance and functional recovery, highlighting NDST3's therapeutic potential in neurodegenerative disorders ...

High Pressure Liquid Chromatography

Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 1973
Abstract Prior to 1967, liquid column chromatography (LCC) separations were not normally carried out in an optimum manner; for this reason, the technique was viewed as slow and inefficient (1–3). Consequently, other techniques such as thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and gas chromatography (GC) found favor.

High pressure liquid chromatography of oligodeoxyribonucleotides

Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Nucleic Acids and Protein Synthesis, 1973
Abstract A high pressure liquid chromatography system capable of resolving oligodeoxy-ribonucleotides of intermediate size is described. Columns filled with a pellicular weak anion exchanger consisting of a polymeric aliphatic amine permit the rapid resolution of small amounts of oligomers.
