Determination of antitubercular drugs by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC)

Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, 2002
A method for the determination of isoniazid (ISO), pyrazinamide (PYR) and rifampicin (RIF) in pharmaceutical products, by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC) with ultraviolet detection is described. The influence of pH, concentration of surfactants, buffer and organic solvents, over the separation were studied as experimental ...

Determination of pesticides in drinking water by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography

ELECTROPHORESIS, 2001
A new analytical procedure using a two-step sample preconcentration (solid-phase extraction (SPE) and field-amplified sample stacking) prior to separation by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography was developed for the determination of 14 pesticides such as aldicarb, carbofuran, isoproturon, chlorotoluron, metolachlor, mecoprop, dichlorprop ...

Determination of ebrotidine and its metabolites by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography

Journal of Chromatography A, 2002
Ebrotidine and its potential metabolites were determined by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatogaphy (MECC) using sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) as surfactant. The influences of buffer composition, SDS concentration and addition of a neutral surfactant such as Brij 35 were studied.

Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography for therapeutic drug monitoring of zonisamide

Journal of Chromatography B: Biomedical Sciences and Applications, 1997
The simultaneous determination of zonisamide, a new type of antiepileptic drug, and the typical antiepileptic drugs phenobarbital, phenytoin and carbamazepine in human serum was developed using micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) with a diode array detector.

Extraction of iridoid glycosides and their determination by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography

Journal of Chromatography A, 2000
Several methods for the extraction of two iridoid glycosides, catalpol and aucubin, from the plant matrix (Veronica longifolia leaves) were compared. Pressurized hot water extraction and hot water extraction were the most efficient isolation techniques for both. Pressurized liquid extraction and maceration with various organic solvents were also tested.
